In short, if there’s 1 thing you should know about me, it’s that I have a high “figure shit out” quotient and I’ll work harder than anyone to drive results. I actively pursue challenging questions about recruiting, employer branding, recruitment marketing and life as an LGBT citizen. This blog is all about my answers… with a side of sarcasm.
