3 Tips For Better Job Postings

I have a theory that you can search for any word on any job board and find terrible job postings in less than 5 clicks. Not just any job, any word. 

For example, I searched “pineapple” on Monster.com and look what I found.

You feeling inspired yet? Yeah, me either.

But the problem here really isn’t the writing. It’s the fact that most people were never taught to take another strategy to write better job postings. We were taught to be “professional,” which most people translated as, “be boring.”

That’s not how things work in 2019. That’s why I created this video with 3 simple, practical rules for writing better job postings.
